🧴 What’s the shelf life of your butters?

Our Royal Whipped Body Butters are best used within 12 months. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for optimal freshness and texture.

🌱 Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

Yes! All Seventh Reign Lux products are 100% cruelty-free and our formulas are vegan-friendly — no animal testing, ever.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

All orders ship within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it straight to your doorstep.

⚠️ What if I have allergies?

We always recommend performing a patch test before use. Our ingredients are listed on each product page — please read carefully if you have any sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

📦 What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final on discounted or promotional orders.

If you're not fully satisfied with a full-price item, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days. A 50% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

To request a return, email us at support@seventhreignlux.com. We’ll provide a return label and instructions. All returns must be pre-authorized.

Please note:

• No returns are accepted for international orders
• All returns are subject to inspection before any refund is issued
• Refunds (50% of original product value) will be issued within 5–7 business days of approval

If your product arrives damaged, please email us photos or a video of the item within 48 hours of delivery. Replacements will be processed upon review.
