Due to the nature of our products

Because our items are personal-care and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items. This policy helps ensure the integrity and safety of our products for all customers.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Requests received after 7 days or for opened products will not be eligible for return.

• Order number

• A description of the issue

• Photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will confirm next steps and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If a return is approved for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds are not issued as store credit, in accordance with Klarna’s policy requirements.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please submit a return request for the original item. Once processed, you may place a new order through our website.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
