Because every Seventh Reign Lux product is hand-poured in small batches, all sales are final. There is no warehouse of pre-made stock — once your scent is poured, it is poured uniquely for you.
That said, if something is wrong with your order — a leaked bottle, an incorrect scent, a damaged jar — we want to know. Please email us within seven days of delivery, and we will make it right.

For missing products, please provide a clear image of the items you did receive.
