Our typical processing period is 6-7 business days. The processing timeframe begins the day after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.

Although most orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days, we ask that you allow the full 6-7 business days to account for processing time.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

✅ Following a holiday or major sale event, please allow an extra business day for processing.
✅ We do not ship products on Saturdays or Sundays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If your order is returned to Seventh Reign Lux Co. due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if delivery was unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee along with the reshipping fee.

We are unable to provide refunds for packages that are lost or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Seventh Reign Lux Co. cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are reported missing. If you suspect your package has been stolen or misplaced, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Upon request, we can provide:

  • Date and time of delivery
