Although most orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days, we ask that you allow the full 3-5 business days to account for processing time.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If your order is returned to Seventh Reign Lux Co. due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if delivery was unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee along with the reshipping fee.

We are unable to provide refunds for packages that are lost or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
